Jennifer Morsches: New Baroque Cellist on Workshop Faculty

We are thrilled to announce that Jennifer Morsches is pausing in her continents-spanning performance schedule to join us for Bach Cello Suites Workshop 2018 where she will serve as the Workshop's Baroque cello instructor.

Jennifer has studied with some of the best on the planet and she routinely performs with some of the finest in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States in her stellar career as a free lancer, chamber musician, continuo cellist, orchestral player and recording artist. Jennifer is a longtime member of the Orchestre des Champs-Elysees, the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, and Les Siecles. She works regularly with eminenet artists including Sir Simon Rattle, Sir Andras Schiff, Vladimir Jurowski, Sir Roger Norrington, David Zinman and Philippe Herreweghe. Jennifer has performed as guest principal cellist with numerous orchestras, inclulding Het Nederlands Opera, Chicago Opera Theater, Boston Baroque and tours and recordings with the Royal Flemish Philharmonic.

Jennifer's vast experience, insights, and depth of knowledge in historic performace practices will beneift every cellist who attends Bach Cello Suites Workshop.
